5-Step Guide on How to Become a Super Saiyan!

Nothing can make you feel more insignificant than knowing how tiny you are when compared to a lot of things in this universe. For example, you may think you are not important when comparing with any island of the Philippines, even more so against the solar system and its entirety.

5 -Step Guide on How to Become a Super Saiyan [MUST TRY!]

Thankfully, you can do something about this. You can claim your sense of self-importance by becoming – wait for it – a Super Saiyan! But you must be warned; this process is extremely hard and difficult.

If your answer is yes, then continue with these tips and steps.

  • Develop your story

First things first, you need to know that the Super Saiyan transformation would be completely impossible if you just want to be one. You must need it!


Remember what happened to previous Super Saiyans before. Goku achieved it after his best friend, Krillin, was killed. Bardock transformed only after Chilled was attack by the plant called Berry.

 Ask yourself these questions:

      1. Why do you need to become a Super Saiyan?!
      2. Who are you protecting?!
      3. Are you angry enough?!
  • Exercise!

The next step to become a Super Saiyan is to exercise! There’s no way around it. You must undergo a strict routine to develop all those muscles you are going to need in the fourth step.


Here’s what you need to do:

      1. 4 wide grip push-ups
      2. 6 “regular” push-ups
      3. 4 raised leg push-ups
      4. 60 punches
      5. 40 turning kicks
      6. 30 high knees
      7. 10 sit-ups
      8. 10 leg raises
      9. 10 sitting twists

You have to do all these in one set. Then, do it 10 times to become a Super Saiyan! Check the visual guide for more assistance.

  • Focus on your rage



After achieving a Super Saiyan body, you must now get your mind ready. Remember who you are fighting for! Remember why you are angry and why you need to transform! Get into position with your feet apart while standing up. Grind your teeth, looked down below, and drop your arms all while focusing on that anger! Once you begin (unintentionally) rage-grunting proceed to step 4.

  • Now, flex!

It’s now time to use all those muscles you develop back in step 2. Start flexing them. Then, wait for this to induce unconventional reactions such as lightning strikes, tidal shifts, and more importantly FPS or more commonly known as the floating pebble syndrome.


After that, expect to see each and every vein in your physique. Nevertheless, you must maintain your rigid posture. Later, your hair color will change – except if you’re already blonde – and your vision will suddenly become odd. Take note, this is your first hint of your Super Saiyan form!

  • Wait for the yellow energy to envelop you and scream!

Yellow Energy

Continue focusing on your rage. You will then notice that a yellow energy is enveloping your body. You might not be able to see this anymore as you remain focused on your anger. The next thing you do is crucial. You, then, have to scream!!!
